What is personal data and what categories of data do we process at Evohouse?

This Privacy Policy establishes Evohouse's commitment to its Clients in terms of personal data protection, with the aim of strengthening and consolidating its relationship of trust and proximity. Through this Privacy Policy, Evohouse informs its Clients about the processing it carries out with their data, as well as the rights it recognizes for them as holders of personal data. Evohouse undertakes to only process personal data that is strictly necessary for each process. For example, some of these:

ii.Transaction Management - Whenever you provide your tax identification number with your purchases, we need to register it and transmit it to the Tax Authority;
iii.Preparation of documentation - Whenever necessary, after contracting our services, for the preparation and submission of documentation required for the processes.

We only keep your personal data for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes identified above, within the legal limits. At the end of the defined retention period, Evohouse undertakes to delete, destroy or anonymize your personal data. In general, Evohouse keeps transaction data for a period of 10 years, which is the period defined by law. d) Who can we share your personal data with?
