What is personal data and what categories of data do we process at Evohouse?

The new General Data Protection Regulation establishes a more comprehensive definition of personal data. Personal data is any information, regardless of its nature or format, capable of identifying a person. Examples of categories of personal data processed by Evohouse include:

- Identification and contact details: Name, identification document number, tax identification number (NIF), age, date of birth, telephone number, email address, address, payment details, and other documents

Evohouse guarantees that your personal data is processed only for the purposes communicated to you within the scope of the specific services. For example, we process data for the following purposes:

How long do we keep your personal data?

1- Framework

This Privacy Policy establishes Evohouse's commitment to its Clients in terms of personal data protection, with the aim of strengthening and consolidating its relationship of trust and proximity. Through this Privacy Policy, Evohouse informs its Clients about the processing it carries out with their data, as well as the rights it recognizes for them as holders of personal data. Evohouse acts in strict compliance with the principles described in this policy, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and with applicable data protection legislation, in all personal data processing activities for which it is responsible. Evohouse processes personal data through various operational and technical means that support the activities of its business processes.

  • Strengthen and consolidate Evohouse's relationship of trust and proximity with its clients;

  • Demonstrate transparency in the processing of personal data carried out by Evohouse;

Whenever your personal data is processed by contracted entities, Evohouse will require these entities to provide the same level of privacy and security guarantees in terms of personal data protection. Evohouse undertakes to only process personal data that is strictly necessary for each process. For example, some of these:

  • ii.Transaction Management - Whenever you provide your tax identification number with your purchases, we need to register it and transmit it to the Tax Authority;

  • iii.Preparation of documentation - Whenever necessary, after contracting our services, for the preparation and submission of documentation required for the processes.

 

c) How long do we keep your personal data?

We only keep your personal data for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes identified above, within the legal limits. At the end of the defined retention period, Evohouse undertakes to delete, destroy or anonymize your personal data. In general, Evohouse keeps transaction data for a period of 10 years, which is the period defined by law. d) Who can we share your personal data with?
