Yes.Our homes go through the same bureaucratic stages as traditional construction.It will be necessary to approve architectural projects, specialty projects and issue a building permit.

No, your home, your taste:- All our models can be customized and altered according to our clients' tastes;- If you already have an idea of how you want your house to look and can't find a model you like, Evohouse has architects available to make your design a reality;- We also build houses with architecture already approved by the City Council;
